• HalfPricePerfumes really are one of my favourite sites. With three teenage daughters to buy presents for Christmas and Birthdays, I check HalfPrice out every time. Products arrive within a couple of days and if there's a problem, then replacements are sent out immediately. My 17 year old's straighteners (which were about £50 cheaper than on other sites!)stopped working a couple of weeks ago and Customer Services sent a new pair out without quibbling.

• I'd just like to say thank-you for your service. I ordered my items on the Wednesday and received them on the Friday. I thought that because they were so much cheaper compared with the same items in shops they would take ages to arrive and the service would not be good but I was surprised and very pleased. Thank-you - I shall be buying more stuff in the future!

• I placed an order late on Wednesday afternoon (15th Dec), not expecting it before Christmas given the recent weather conditions, etc... but to my surprise it arrived this morning (20th)... less than 3 working days later! I am still waiting on Christmas parcels from other companies that were ordered 3 weeks ago! I will definately use this site again. Thank-you
